1. Do you have a current and approved NSW Food Authority License?

Yes, Food Processing Plant No. 72359

2. What type of Food Facility to you have?

Our processing room is modern, relatively new and comprises quality equipment(s) for preparation, curing, refrigeration and packaging capabilities. Refer to Gallery for photos. 

3. Do you slaughter your own beef?

No No and No.  Although we own a cattle farm, all BSC meat comes from approved suppliers off farm.

5. What are your payment options?

BSC currently utilises EFT with account information listed on the Invoice or supporting documentation.  Furthermore, our website provides electronic payment options.

8. Are your products HALAL Certified?

Although not officially certified, our Jerky conforms to HALAL protocols.

9. Does your product provide additional storage guidance to the consumer?

Yes, each product will have their own storage guidance labelled on the product.   

10. Tell me about Safety?

Safety mitigation will be dealt with carefully through good manufacturing practices (GMPS) and sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOPS). We strictly enforce hazardous analysis and critical control point (HACCP) plans during production. After production, we will make sure that the product is safe through packaging and proper storage.
